Hi! I'm Ben, and I've been working in the estate agency industry for 17 years. I'm passionate about helping people move home and providing a personal service that you won't find with high street agencies. I live in Wichelstowe, Swindon, with my wife Chantal and our three sons, Kaidan, Harley, and Isaac.

As you can see, I’m a far cry from some cheeky chap in a suit!

Over the years, I've seen plenty of different property markets and trends. I've done the 9-5 office-based jobs where leaflet dropping and cold calling was considered 'estate agency', and that's when I realised the industry needed change.

As a local family man, I'm on a mission to make a difference in an industry that's been crying out for a modern makeover for years! That’s why I started Avocado Swindon, and I'm proud to say it is totally unique compared to any other local agent.

Moving home should always be exciting! People are more than just a number to me; I want my clients to be clients for life. I promise to always put people before property.

I've held pretty much every job in estate agency, with the aim to increase my knowledge at every step. I decided to go self-employed to continue offering my clients high levels of personal service, something that high street agencies no longer offer.

At Avocado Swindon, I look forward to creating bespoke marketing plans for my sellers. Whether it's a one-bed flat or a four-bed house, I believe every home deserves the same level of marketing.
